About The Position
The Trauma Registrar plays a key role in providing high-standard quality patient care by managing all components of the Trauma Registry and trauma informatics. The role includes clinical case reviews, data retrieval and collection, and statistical analysis. The position is 1.0 FTE, with a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Minimum AA degree or a combination of post-high-school administrative coursework preferred.
- Acute care support position experience in trauma or emergency care preferred.
- Complete two State Trauma Registrar courses within 90 days of placement in the position, or have completed them no more than 12 months before placement.

Responsibilities
- Interpret the clinical care provided to trauma patients.
- Run advanced computing and database administration.
- Perform highly varied, detail-oriented, and technical tasks.
- Manage all components of the Trauma Registry and trauma informatics.
- Conduct clinical case reviews, retrieve and collect data, and perform statistical analysis.
