Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing upon hire
  • 1-3 years experience in related field.
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience.
  • Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 60 days

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree in nursing upon hire
  • 4-6 years prior work experience at a level I or II verified trauma center.
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course Instructor, within 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead and manage the comprehensive Trauma Services program, ensuring optimal patient outcomes, continuous quality improvement, and adherence to all trauma center designation requirements.
  • Oversee trauma operations, clinical care coordination, and administrative functions across departments.
  • Manage trauma data for performance improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with ACS verification and regulations.
  • Develop trauma policies.
