A Brief Overview The Trauma Program Coordinator is a registered nurse who works closely with nursing, medical staff, and other departments to enhance patient outcomes, develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, and maintain trauma certification requirements. Additionally, this role involves tracking and reporting data related to trauma cases, educating staff, and promoting a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety and care.
