About The Position
Provide surgical care for patients with acute injuries, life–threatening conditions, and urgent general surgical needs. Works with a multidisciplinary team to provide continuous, high-level patient care. Evaluate and stabilize patients with traumatic injuries and acute conditions. Perform both emergency open and minimally invasive surgical procedures. Develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic or foreign equivalent
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Iowa.
- Successful completion of Critical Care Fellowship.
