About The Position
MercyOne Medical Group Central Iowa is seeking a full-time Trauma, Emergency General Surgery, Surgical Critical Care Physician. This role involves providing surgical care for patients with acute injuries, life-threatening conditions, and urgent general surgical needs. The physician will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuous, high-level patient care, including evaluating and stabilizing patients with traumatic injuries and acute conditions. Responsibilities include performing both emergency open and minimally invasive surgical procedures, and developing and implementing treatment plans.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic or foreign equivalent
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Iowa.
- Successful completion of Critical Care Fellowship.
Responsibilities
