Trash Valet
About The Position
Ally Waste is hiring part-time Trash Valets to collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to designated community dumpsters. The role involves working independently outdoors in all weather conditions, staying active, and helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings, start at 8 p.m., and typically last 1–2 hours per night, or about 5–10 hours per week. Pay is $37.50 per night Monday through Thursday and $50.00 on Sunday. Applicants may be considered for current or upcoming routes in their area. Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling provider serving apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proof of auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to walk stairs and remain active for 1–2 hours.
Responsibilities
- Walk the apartment community and collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
- Take and upload photos using the company app.
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
