Trash Technician (Full Time)
About The Position
ESFM is hiring a full-time Trash Technician in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The position collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials while following established safety protocols. Cleaning duties and operation of designated cleaning equipment may also be assigned. The scheduled hours are 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., on either Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday. More details are provided during the interview. The fixed pay rate is $15.50 per hour. ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA. Its services support clients in industries including life sciences, technology, oil and gas, and manufacturing. The organization describes its work as providing workplace facilities solutions focused on safe, healthy, and sustainable environments. Applicants must be physically able to walk, stand, and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds, and must be able to follow written and oral instructions in English. At least one year of experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities
