Transporter - Charter House Senior Living Community
About The Position
Charter House Senior Living Community is looking for an individual to transport residents/clients to a variety of appointments in a safe and efficient manner. Your responsibilities as a transporter include completing resident/client escort assignment in a timely manner, and interacting politely and professionally with residents/clients, family members, and medical center staff. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in geriatrics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and human relation skills to interact with residents/clients, family members, and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress.
