Requirements

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Take meal orders and serve food and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Set and clear tables; maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with dishwashing and dining room upkeep as needed
• Work closely with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
