About The Position

Pate Rehabilitation is seeking a responsible Transporter to provide transportation for patients in company vehicles. The role involves taking patients to and from medical appointments, essential errands, Pate facilities, residences, and other activities as needed. The Transporter supports the care team by providing a necessary service to patients.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members.
Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residences as needed in company vehicles.
Adhere to the established transportation schedule.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of company vehicles and promptly report any issues to a supervisor.
Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
Transport supplies as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
