About The Position
The Transporter performs patient transports and transfers using appropriate equipment while following safe patient handling policies and procedures. The role also involves picking up and delivering specimens and patient care items, as well as transporting visitors between patient care units and other ancillary departments.
Requirements
- American Heart Association BLS-CPR certification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Six months of patient care and/or customer service experience.
