About The Position
The Transport and Inventory Specialist is responsible for the transport of instrumentation and surgical trays between central sterile and OR's.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lawson and tray tracking preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with nursing and central sterile staff to ensure appropriate instrumentation is available
- Picking instruments for cases from preference cards
- Identifying high priority instrument requests
- Maintaining par levels of supplies
- Order entry into Lawson
- Updating instrument tray lists as needed
- Utilization of tray tracking system
- Tracking of instrument repairs
- Ordering instrumentation as needed
