About The Position

Willapa Harbor Care, part of the Caldera Care family, is hiring a Transportation Van Driver for its skilled nursing facility in Raymond, Washington. The role transports and escorts residents to medical appointments, outings, and errands; picks up new admissions from nearby hospitals and care facilities; and maintains the facility’s wheelchair-accessible van. Between driving responsibilities, the driver helps on the floor as a Hospitality Assistant. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license in good standing and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English.

Nice To Haves

• Active Washington CNA/NAC license with no enforcement action against it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport and escort residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and general errands.
• Pick up new admissions from nearby hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and similar locations.
• Maintain the facility’s wheelchair-accessible van, including arranging preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and licensing.
• Help on the floor as a Hospitality Assistant between driving responsibilities.
