About The Position
Support the daily flow of a skilled nursing rehabilitation department by keeping treatment spaces ready, helping residents get to therapy, and assisting clinicians with routine department needs.
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills.
- A friendly, respectful approach to working with residents.
- Ability to follow directions and maintain safety and infection-control practices.
- No therapy license required.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare support experience is helpful; applicants new to the field are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Set up treatment areas and gather equipment requested by therapists.
- Sanitize therapy equipment and maintain clean, organized spaces between sessions.
- Transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department as directed by clinical staff and within your training.
- Restock supplies and notify the team when equipment needs attention.
- Assist with scheduling communication, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Relay resident requests or concerns promptly to the appropriate therapist or nursing staff.
