About The Position
Rehabilitation Aide – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Berkeley Heights | Berkeley Heights, NJ $15.92/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide at Autumn Lake at Berkeley Heights. Help keep the skilled nursing rehabilitation department organized and ready for resident care by supporting therapists, preparing treatment spaces, and assisting with daily department routines.
Requirements
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and a respectful approach to working with older adults.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and infection-control practices.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or rehabilitation support experience is a plus; applicants new to the field are welcome.
- No therapy license required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy areas and gather supplies as directed by the rehabilitation team.
- Clean and disinfect equipment between uses according to facility procedures.
- Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy as directed by clinical staff and within your training.
- Organize equipment, monitor supplies, and report items that need replacement or repair.
- Help with scheduling coordination, paperwork, and other routine department tasks.
- Communicate resident concerns promptly to nursing or therapy staff.
