Transportation & Trucking Litigation Associate Attorney
About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking confidential conversations with attorneys experienced in transportation litigation, trucking defense, and commercial vehicle accident litigation for current and future opportunities. The recruiter works with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, as well as small and midsize firms, regional firms, and specialized boutiques across multiple markets. Requirements
- Experience in transportation litigation, trucking defense, or commercial vehicle accident litigation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience at regional or specialized transportation defense firms is valued.
- Experience defending trucking companies, transportation providers, commercial carriers, or insured businesses.
- Experience handling catastrophic injury claims and wrongful death litigation.
- Experience working with accident reconstruction specialists and other expert witnesses.
- Experience managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Defend trucking companies, transportation providers, commercial carriers, and insured businesses.
- Handle commercial vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury claims, and wrongful death litigation.
- Work with accident reconstruction specialists and other expert witnesses.
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Advise on litigation strategy, liability exposure, and settlement considerations.
