Requirements
- One year of experience in highway or bridge surveying, design, construction, or inspection work; or One year of experience in quality control of materials or building or construction industry experience, which includes reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, or schematics; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities
- Make routine inspections of construction phases and assist with checking grades and elevations
- Assist in reviewing concrete, asphalt, drainage items, and other project materials
- Help provide visual compaction tests of soil and aggregate layers
- Support creation of diary entries, estimates, calculations, and work orders
- Compile photographs, review sketches, and prepare inspection summaries
- Use software systems to complete project documentation and track quantities
