About The Position
Hawthorne House has been providing exceptional care to the Freeport, Mid-Coast and surround communities. Hawthorne house is a leading provider of skilled nursing care, skilled rehabilitation, memory-impaired living and assisted living. Under the ownership of First Atlantic Healthcare, Hawthorne house follows in First Atlantic's long reputation for excellence in Long Term Care. You will use our wheelchair accessible van to safely transport residents to appointments and other necessary destinations as part of their plan of care. We are happy to teach you to provide safe and supportive transportation to our residents.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Valid Maine driver’s license free of traffic violations.
- The driving record will be checked on an annual basis.
- All drivers are required to report a moving vehicle conviction to this company within thirty (30) days of the conviction.
- Must have at least five years with an active drivers license.
Responsibilities
- Use our wheelchair accessible van to safely transport residents to appointments and other necessary destinations as part of their plan of care.
- Provide safe and supportive transportation to residents.
