The position is responsible for supervising employees (drivers and driver assistants) that coordinate services between the kitchen and drivers and controls activities on the dock. The role ensures quality production standards are maintained, manages daily manpower planning, and trains employees on proper work procedures to ensure maximum productivity with minimum labor and food expenses. This role also focuses on employee retention and reducing turnover, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to union agreements.
