About The Position

The Transportation Supervisor supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance by overseeing transportation activities and coordinating with internal teams. The role includes CDL driving a company vehicle approximately 75% of the time and working in a warehouse setting approximately 25% of the time. The position supervises an estimated 1–3 direct reports and works Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid and up-to-date CDL license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

• Previous CDL driving experience; 3 or more years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CDL drivers and daily transportation activities.
• Drive a company vehicle requiring a CDL license.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations.
• Monitor driver schedules, routes, and performance.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain transportation and compliance records.
• Support driver onboarding and training.
• Address transportation issues and delays.
• Coordinate logistics with operations teams.
• Promote safe driving practices.
• Support continuous improvement in transportation processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
