About The Position

The Transportation Supervisor supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance by managing transportation activities and working with internal teams to align workflows with company standards. The role involves CDL driving approximately 75% of the time and working in a warehouse setting approximately 25% of the time. The position supervises an estimated 1–3 direct reports and supports the transportation function through driver oversight, logistics coordination, and process improvement. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid and up-to-date CDL license.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Supervise CDL drivers and daily transportation activities, with an estimated 1–3 direct reports.
Drive a company vehicle that requires a CDL license.
Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations.
Monitor driver schedules, routes, and performance.
Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Maintain transportation and compliance records.
Support driver onboarding and training.
Address transportation issues and delays.
Coordinate logistics with operations teams.
Promote safe driving practices.
Support continuous improvement in transportation processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
