As the Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all functions of customer service, as well as order entry, load tracking and driver communication. Requirements

• 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Omnitracs

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in transportation and DOT regulations
• Solid attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule delivery appointments
• Monitor driver performance, hours, and DOT compliance issues
• Perform data entry and track-and-trace duties
• Provide freight pay and claims resolution
• Handle driver paperwork and bills of lading and customer order information
