About The Position
The Transportation Specialist is responsible for transporting patients to/from facility in a company vehicle, staying with them and bringing them back. Transportation needs are dependent upon supervisor.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Cleared by insurance.
- Motor vehicle check.
- Random drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Transport patients to/from facility in a company vehicle.
- Stay with patients during their appointments and bring them back.
- Keep the vehicle neat and tidy.
- Keep the gas tank full with use of the gas card.
- Be willing to work with other staff for the coordination of patient care.
- Be courteous and professional at all times.
