About The Position

Responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of food supplies, manual tasks in food delivery, food preparation, and food serving. Work includes some prep work and overall good customer service to patients and visitors, to include recording of temperatures of food items delivered. Will also be required to perform food service duties within the work area regularly (i.e. sweeping, mopping, cleaning food equipment, and all other duties that may be required within the kitchen area).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of related experience
• Working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
• Ability to read, write and follow directions
• Ability to successfully pass DOT physical exam for Medical Card and DOT Registry number
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Meet Tanner Health System insurability standards
• Ability to display effective communication skills toward all employees and leaders in the department

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Transportation
• Previous experience in foodservice
