Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy government transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, administrative spaces, parking locations, and perimeter access points as assigned.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and policy enforcement.
• Support government location operations by documenting daily activities, communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies, and assisting with security-related concerns as needed.
