About The Position

Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter zones to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and credential requirements to help support authorized entry and report suspicious persons, vehicles, and/or behavior.
• Assist with traffic flow, crowd management, and general direction for the public during routine operations, special events, delays, and/or emergency situations.
