About The Position
This role will serve as a backup Traffic Coordinator with the ability to support all traffic and logistics functions, ensuring continuity of operations during vacations, absences, or peak workload periods. The individual will be cross-trained across all traffic coordination activities to develop a holistic understanding of freight planning, execution, and billing. This role will also function as a utility Inside Sales Representative, flexing across key accounts and transactional sales activities to support volume, continuity, and coverage while freeing up core sales representatives to focus on broader strategic initiatives.
