Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or upcoming graduation) in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
0-2+ years of transportation engineering experience, including internships or co-ops
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, or similar design software is a plus
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with the planning and design of roadway and transportation infrastructure projects
Develop roadway geometry, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Support drainage, utility, and transportation design efforts
Prepare technical reports and project documentation
Participate in field visits and construction observations
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and public agencies
Attend client and public meetings and gain exposure to project delivery processes
