The role involves contributing to the pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects. Responsibilities include solving complex problems, assisting project managers, collaborating across disciplines, and producing clients' visions for the future built environment. The analyst will develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client's practices, procedures, and standards. This includes evaluating development proposals for zoning compliance and preparing planning and land use studies, while coordinating with municipal and state agencies. The position offers exposure to diverse project experiences serving both public and private sectors.
