Perform maintenance, inspection, and repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems, gas and diesel engines, and mobile hydraulic systems. This role supports aerial devices, digger derricks, medium/heavy duty trucks, light duty vehicles, forklifts, and off-road equipment. The position involves communicating and cooperating with colleagues and customers to maintain a safe and productive environment, operating a field service vehicle to travel to job sites, and preparing records of all maintenance activities. Willingness to work extended hours, potentially at alternate locations during storm events, and maintain an orderly and environmentally safe work site is required. Responsibilities also include directing assistants, instructing trainees, performing non-critical welding, and complying with all DOT, DOE, and OSHA regulations.
