About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a rail transportation system, ensuring compliance with all local and federal regulations, and fostering a customer-oriented culture. The manager will lead field supervisors, dispatchers, and support staff, focusing on service quality and passenger experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience managing similar sized projects in a light rail or commuter transit environment.
• 3 years must be in a related position or program.
• Must be a resident of proposed business (or willing to relocate).

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including field supervisors, dispatchers, service quality, notifications, and higher-level support.
• Leading a customer-oriented culture where all staff ‘Think Like a Passenger’.
• Adhering to all local and federal (FTA) regulations and in accordance with Keolis and Agency policies.
