About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Transportation Litigation Attorneys in its Richmond or Williamsburg office. The firm offers flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities. GRSM attorneys represent leading transportation and logistics companies in high-stakes injury, property damage, and casualty matters across land, sea, and air. We provide immediate guidance during accidents and investigations and have successfully advocated for clients up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Requirements
- At least 1-7 years of experience (all experience levels welcome to apply).
- Excellent academic background.
- Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research.
- Self-starters.
- Commitment to superior client service.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in Virginia.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle a case from inception with minimal supervision.
- Provide immediate guidance during accidents and investigations.
- Represent leading transportation and logistics companies in high-stakes injury, property damage, and casualty matters across land, sea, and air.
- Successfully advocate for clients up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
