Requirements

3+ years’ experience.
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong academic backgrounds.
Proven skills in research.
Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Nice To Haves

Experience handling litigation on behalf of health insurers, including defending payor-provider litigation.
Experience with ERISA litigation is a plus.
Trial experience is preferred but not required.
