About The Position
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM), a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has openings in its Livingston, New Jersey office for Civil Litigation Attorneys. The firm seeks defense litigators with experience in practice areas including Employment, Complex Commercial, Professional Liability, Toxic Tort, Products Liability, and General Liability. Attorneys may have opportunities for forward-facing client interactions and to handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Requirements
- Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
- At least 3 years of experience is sought, although applicants of all experience levels are welcome.
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
- Strong academic background and proven research skills.
- Driven team player and self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in Employment, Complex Commercial, Professional Liability, Toxic Tort, Products Liability, or General Liability.
