About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Healthcare Litigation Attorneys in its Atlanta office with at least 3 years’ experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must reside and be licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia. Opportunities include forward-facing client interactions and experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials. Requirements
