About The Position

Join BGE's Project Delivery team in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and gain hands-on experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects. This internship offers practical exposure to engineering, project coordination, and real-world project delivery in a collaborative environment. Interns work as part of a team, receive mentorship from BGE employees, and attend career-development events and training in addition to their normal work activities.

Requirements

• Be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Have strong proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Be a strong collaborator who works well on a team.
• Be willing and able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend events and training geared toward career development.
• Participate in intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
