About The Position

Join BGE's Project Delivery team in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and gain hands-on experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects. This internship offers practical exposure to engineering, project coordination, and real-world project delivery in a collaborative environment. Interns work with and learn from BGE employees and attend career-development events and training, including intern-specific activities alongside their regular work.

Requirements

• Be a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with business software, including MS Office, and the ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well on a team.
• Willingness and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team while learning from and being mentored by BGE employees.
• Attend career-development events and training, including intern-specific activities in addition to normal work activities.
