• Monitoring and reviewing release problems aged 5+ days for escalation opportunities
• Coordinating with account managers for assistance
• Auditing branch rules to ensure all are accurate and up to date
• Reviewing redundancies with managers
• Standardizing/optimizing branch and provider rules into one centralized, IAA managed document
