About The Position

Requirements

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, or Finance.
• Self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Power BI, SQL, Python, or Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of home delivery logistics exception tools to recommend improvements.
• Research big & bulky market exception management processes.
• Design a continuous improvement process for issue reporting data.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend changes to home delivery tools.
• Build documentation on tool usage and organize SharePoint.
• Assist in designing a contest for driving home delivery performance during the summer selling season.
• Design and provide regular updates to the network on Home Delivery (HD) performance.
• Identify any gaps or lower performing areas that require engagement.
