Sanimax is looking to hire a Transportation Coordinator at our DeForest, WI location! The Transportation Coordinator (Dispatcher) supports daily routing, dispatching, and operational coordination for Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and Grease Trap service operations. This junior‑level role is responsible for monitoring route execution, tracking equipment, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting safe, efficient transportation operations. The position works closely with drivers, transportation leadership, and internal partners to ensure services are completed as planned, issues are addressed promptly, and operational information is accurate, complete, and audit‑ready. Communicate route details, changes, delays, and priorities to drivers. Serve as the main point of contact for drivers during the workday Support re‑routes, rescheduling, missed stops, and service recovery. Track transportation equipment and escalate maintenance or breakdown issues. Maintain accurate route, service, driver, and equipment data in dispatch systems. Audit operational data for accuracy and support compliance and internal reviews. Document and escalate spills, incidents, near misses, and safety concerns. Support reporting, process improvements, training, and special projects. Qualifications & Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and operational systems Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred: Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service Familiarity with route‑based service operations or working with drivers Key Skills: Attention to detail and data accuracy Problem‑solving and follow‑up skills Clear and professional communication Willingness to learn and grow within transportation operations Work Environment & Growth Office‑based role with frequent phone and computer use Occasional early mornings or extended hours based on operational needs Exposure to dispatching, fleet support, safety coordination, and data management Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
