About The Position

The Transportation Coordinator or Driver provides driving services to facility staff and persons served, including transportation to medical appointments and recreational activities, running errands, and picking up and transporting people served for admissions or discharges. The role requires working respectfully and professionally with a diverse group of individuals. The position is full-time on the AM schedule at Crestwood Champion Healing Center, a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in Lompoc, California. The campus provides trauma-informed recovery programs for people with significant mental health issues. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Good driving ability and a clean driving record.
Ability to work well with other staff and adult persons served.
Ability to work independently while also taking direction and carrying out tasks.
Valid California driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience as a driver for a long-term care facility, hospital, or community-based program.
