About The Position

AltaMed is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to plan, organize, and coordinate the daily transportation services for AltaMed PACE participants. This role involves close collaboration with the Transportation clerk, dispatcher, and drivers to manage the transportation needs of participants. AltaMed is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, serving over 400,000 patients. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED, required
Minimum 1-year experience in coordinating a program
Experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines

Electronic Health Records preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred

Responsibilities
