About The Position

The Sr. Specialist plays a critical role in formulating business plans for the transportation department and managing revenue and profit. Verify performance with customers and carriers, generate invoices, and manage records in the TMS system. Collaborate with the internal finance and accounting department to maintain and verify accurate records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in billing and invoicing.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and crisis‑response capabilities
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with warehouse operations or Tier‑1 automotive (or similar) inbound logistics
• Knowledge of MES, TMS, WMS, or other logistics/transportation systems

Responsibilities

• Establishment of the Transportation department's Annual Business Plan
• Management of sales and purchase performance for the transportation department
• Customer Invoice Issuance Management
• Receive carrier invoices and register them in the system.
• Other administrative and planning tasks
