About The Position

Wolverine Fuels, LLC is seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to take ownership of employee transportation between Salina and the SUFCO Mine. This role involves driving a company bus multiple trips per day, often in challenging mountain and winter conditions. In addition to driving, the position requires maintaining the cleanliness, fueling, and inspection of the bus and vehicle fleet. The coordinator will also assist in organizing and communicating issues related to a fleet of over 30 company vans, with training provided for the right candidate. This is a long-term position for someone who values reliability, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of their role in ensuring employees can get to work safely and on time.

Requirements

• CDL with Passenger (Bus) Endorsement
• Strong driving skills
• Safety-first mindset
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to perform vehicle maintenance tasks (washing, fueling, tire airing, inspections)
• Ability to help coordinate schedules for a fleet of 30+ company vans
• Outgoing and respectful personality

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving in mountain and winter conditions

Responsibilities

• Drive a company bus multiple trips per day between Salina and the SUFCO Mine.
• Complete early morning, evening, late night, and weekend shifts as scheduled.
• Operate a bus on mountain roads and in winter conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bus and vehicle fleet.
• Fuel company vehicles.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Keep fleet-related items organized.
• Communicate vehicle issues promptly.
• Assist in coordinating schedules for a fleet of 30+ company vans.
• Interact with employees daily in a respectful manner.
