About The Position

Atoms is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for its Transport Operations. This role involves partnering with operations leadership to build teams that maintain the company's physical systems. The position requires a fast-paced, rigorous approach to meet the demands of scaling real-world infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume hiring.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or related fields.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to find and engage passive candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and building trust.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, using metrics to track progress and improve outcomes.
  • High level of organization, able to manage 10-15 open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, and building processes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume transport operations roles, from initial contact to offer closure.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and operations leads to define job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and strategize hiring plans.
  • Proactively source candidates using platforms like Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral programs to build candidate pipelines in advance of needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both operational competence and cultural fit, providing structured feedback and recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Develop and refine interview processes to ensure they are structured, consistent, and predictive of job performance.
  • Negotiate and close offers, working with People and Finance teams on compensation benchmarking and approval processes.
  • Track and report on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and time-to-fill, utilizing data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
  • Represent Atoms's mission and culture to candidates, serving as a primary point of contact.
