About The Position

The Transport Driver is responsible for transporting Coca-Cola beverage products between Chesterman Company facilities. The role includes connecting and disconnecting trailers at destinations, dropping and hooking trailers, completing pre- and post-trip inspections, and verifying load and seal numbers. The driver maintains DOT time logs, Bills of Lading, and other required paperwork, and keeps the vehicle, product, and equipment to company standards. The driver must also adapt productively to changes and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

This is a full-time position based in Lincoln, Nebraska, with a mid/second-shift schedule. Work is generally Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Start times vary from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and shifts continue until the assignment is completed. The role pays $25.25 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of CDL driving experience.
• Class A CDL license.
• Driving record must meet MVR policy guidelines.
• Communication, dexterity, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat certification.
• CDL T (Doubles) endorsement.
