About The Position

Now Hiring: Transport Building Attendant (Part-Time) at PIPESTONE in Pipestone, MN. This hands-on role involves keeping the facility clean, organized, and operating efficiently. The attendant will maintain and clean the transport drying building, organize equipment for truck drivers, perform routine cleaning tasks, and manage exterior groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the interior and exterior of the transport drying building
• Organize daily equipment used by truck drivers
• Sweep, squeegee floors, and break down boxes
• Perform routine disinfecting (2–3 times per week)
• Trim and spray weeds around building exteriors
• Report any needed repairs to management
• Other duties as assigned by manager
