Requirements

  • Resumes will be required for consideration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Extensive physical effort is required to include climbing ladders, repetitive motion, grasping, walking, and lifting.
  • Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
  • Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to this position.
  • Must be able to work 10:45 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Sunday night – Friday morning.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general building maintenance and cleaning.
  • Emptying trash and shred receptacles.
  • Vacuuming.
  • Cleaning restrooms, locker/shower area and conference rooms.
  • Assist on special projects including but not limited to hard floor restoration, large conference room set in Auditorium, and snow removal during the winter months.
