About The Position
Sun Devil Auto (part of the Sun Auto Network) is a family-owned repair shop in Phoenix that has been helping individuals keep their vehicles running smoothly since 1978. They are a growing company looking for individuals ready to commit to a successful automotive career, where hard work is rewarded. The Transmission Shop Administrator will be responsible for answering phones, contacting warranty companies, and assisting with tow truck dispatch.
Requirements
- Possess current, valid Driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly with proper phone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- Be dependable and motivated
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to warranty companies
- Assisting with the dispatching of tow trucks.
