About The Position

Airrosti Providers (licensed Chiropractors and Physical Therapists) are full-time, W-2 employees who share one mission: to fix pain fast. As an Airrosti Provider, you’ll be able to focus on delivering exceptional patient care by evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries using our proven, evidence-based treatment model. You’ll focus on hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education — without the pressures of managing staff or running a business. For more than 20 years, Airrosti has been redefining musculoskeletal (MSK) care by combining clinical excellence with an unmatched support system. Airrosti handles digital marketing, scheduling, billing, technology, and facilities so you can focus on what matters most — your patients. They utilize ambient listening technology coupled with a customized ICD-10 compliant EMR to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden. Airrosti also provides business and physician-focused marketing by their own team of experts helping you reach more patients. Requirements

  • Licensed Chiropractors with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Open to both short-term (a few months) and long-term (a few years) assignments at any Airrosti clinic across Texas.
  • Ability and desire to relocate to new assignment locations with short, but reasonable notice.
  • Assignment durations are dependent on hiring a permanent employee to work at the clinic and can range anywhere from a few months to a few years.
  • Commitment to the Transitional Assignment-Based role for a minimum of two years.
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree (or already in the process of obtaining your Doctor of Chiropractic degree).
  • Passionate about patient care.
  • Exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor is preferred but not required.
